A stunning holiday home set over two floors, in the grounds of a former Rectory. Set in the rolling hills of the Welsh Marches in the village of Llandyssil. The area offers numerous outdoor activities. Enjoy a day at Powis Castle or explore the ruins of Montgomery Castle. Offa's Dyke Path is five minutes away or explore the Elan Valley. The Market Towns of Ludlow or Shrewsbury are both within easy reach. Afterwards, relax in one of the many local pubs for a meal with friends or family. The space Cottage attached to The Old Rectory of Llandyssil. Entrance hall straight on leads into kitchen with table and four chairs. From the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and drier and back door to small private patio. To the right of the entrance hall is a large living room with 3 seater, 2 seater leather sofa, chair, Sky tv, various side tables…etc and a working log burner. To the back of the living room are the stairs which lead to the bathroom. This has a large shower, bath, basin and toilet. The large main bedroom has an iron double bed, dressing table, drawers, wardrobe and chairs. The second bedroom has two single beds, drawers and wardrobe is directly outside the door in the landing. There is a garden with a picnic bench to the front and free parking for two cars. Guest access Guests have the use of the entire cottage. Other things to note The drive is shared with The Old Rectory. Please drive with care as children and animals use the garden.
