Mermaid themed bedroom in upstairs of family home. Bathroom just across the hall! The space Very cozy, private room with lots of light! This location is easy access to major highways as well as 5 minutes from the downtown life! Right on the bus line and walking distance to SUNY Broome. Very friendly hosts! We are pet friendly, and add $20 to the overall total if you bring a pet. please inform us if you are bringing a pet. Guest access Bathroom, laundry room (small fee), on-site parking. For long-term guests (longer than 3 days), you are welcome to use our kitchen, and relax in front of the fireplace in the family living room, just know that those are our lived-in family spaces. Though they are cleaned, they will not be kept pristine, but are available for your enjoyment. During your stay You are welcome to keep to yourself, or find us for good conversation, recommendations or information that you may need . Wi-Fi information, etc. is in the manual in the room. Other things to note We reside in the first and second floor of the house. This room is located on the second floor. We have 4 cats and a dog. Room is professionally cleaned. Laundry facilities are available upon request for an added fee.
