Only 15 minutes car drive far from the Adriatic sea and to family friendly beaches, the property is closed to amenities (stunning restaurants, clubs, supermarkets). One hour drive from Gran Sasso. This is an ideal place for walks, trekking, mountain bikes or to just relax on the pool or under an old beech tree. The space Private house immersed in the quiet of the countryside, consisting of 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room and 1 kitchen. Extensive garden with outdoor living space. Equipment: pool, barbecue, TV, washing machine, hairdryers, fan, iron and board. Linens, towels, toilet paper, and soaps are provided. Do not expect anything luxury but you will experience the feeling of a real cozy countryside. Guest access All spaces except for the allotment. Other things to note For the comfort and safety of all out guests, we do not allow parties or gathering in our house. Age limit is 21 years old or older to stay in the house (unless accompanied by parent/s). Please be respectful of neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet hours are 22pm-8am.
