The space INSIDE Bedroom 1 - Queen size bed, ceiling fan, wall mounted smart TV, power points with USB & C outlets, large built in wardrobe & bay windows. Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed, fully adjustable electric bed (Queen size mattress with no split down the middle). Aircon, wall mounted smart TV, large mirror robes & bay windows. Bedroom 3 - Double size bed, ceiling fan, power points with USB & C outlets, built in robe & cube storage. Separate Study - (Available to guests for extended stays upon request only) Desk, chair, ceiling fan, bookcase, power points with USB & C outlets, wardrobe. Main bathroom - three way design with bath, shower, toilet and vanity area. 2nd Bathroom/Laundry - Has a separate toilet, shower, large laundry sink, washing machine and dryer. Kitchen & Utility Pantry - The oven and induction cooktop are brand new. The large French Door Fridge/Freezer includes a plumbed ice and water dispenser. Fisher & Paykel double Dishdrawer dishwasher, convection microwave, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and lots of appliances. Everything you need along with condiments to use. Living room - Open plan light and airy living with Fujitsu split A/C, a large leather lounge with 3 recliners (2 x electric) amongst the seating, a huge smart TV, a great sound system and a piano. Dining table for 6. Wifi, books and games for your enjoyment. OUTSIDE The under cover back deck has an outdoor lounge, dining table, custom retractable blind, fridge & gas BBQ for your use. The second level deck leads to the pool & fenced backyard which opens directly to the well maintained reserve that has great walking tracks to the sporting fields and lake. There is a fire pit for you to enjoy. The pool area has sun loungers under the shade of the palms, a waterfall water feature and great access into the pool with a seating ledge the whole length of the pool. Large front yard, driveway space for 3+ cars with sensor lighting. Secure back yard with access to the reserve. Guest access The whole house, yards and driveway is yours to use except the garage which is not for guest use. The Office/Study is only available to use upon request for extended stays. Thanks.
