Charming townhouse near Krokoms city center, where there is a grocery store, liquor store, pizzeria & fries, gym, pharmacy, health center etc. About 1 hour to the mountains and about 20 minutes by car to central Östersund. Parking is available 50-100 meters from the residence. Self check-in as we have a code lock. If the dates are blocked, let us know and we'll see if it's possible to rent anyway :-) The space The space The townhouse has 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, a bathroom with shower on the upper floor and toilet on the ground floor, laundry room with washer and dryer. It is suitable for 4 people, as there are beds for 4 people. But it is possible for 6 people to stay. Either it can be made up on the sofa or on an inflatable mattress that you bring yourself. bedroom 1 has a double bed bedroom 2 has a 120 cm bed bedroom 3 has a 90 cm bed (children's bed) Full working kitchen. Balcony both on the front and back with sun from 11 am - all evening on the back. Trampoline and barbecue are available to use. For security reasons, there is a camera placed towards the entrance. Guest access The laundry room, kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. The storage room and the closet will not be available. Bed linens and towels are available to borrow. Other things to note Since we have a code lock on the door, you will receive a personal code on the day of check-in.
