Located 30 minutes (20 km) from the bustling Surf City, this tropical oasis includes an inground pool and well-maintained garden featuring ready-to-pick coconuts, mangos, and papayas. Whether you’re chasing waves, soaking up the sun, or simply looking to unwind in a tranquil environment, this ranch has it all! The space The house includes: 4 bedrooms in total each with AC units. 4 queen sized and 4 double sized beds. 2.5 bathrooms Hammocks Outdoor showers High speed internet TV Fully equipped kitchen, including pots, pans, cutlery, dishware, microwave, coffeemaker, and blender Gas BBQ grill Private Inground swimming pool decorated with lights 5 available car parking 7 minutes walk to beach access Guest access Guest will have access to the main floor and backyard. Other things to note Our groundskeeper will welcome each guest at check-in. Since ranch is located in a gated community manually operated by security, check-in is between 3pm-8pm; we cannot accommodate outside of those hours. We might be able to accommodate an earlier check in and/or a later check out for an additional $25USD per hour. Option for a local cook during your stay is available for a $30USD per day fee. Ingredients must be provided by guest. Payment made directly to the cook in cash on site.
