Well maintained and cozy house with garden

Relax with family in a small house in the countryside, near Mjøsa. Find peace with a large veranda and well-kept garden, and explore the possibility of cultural experiences and refills nearby - in the small village with two cultural houses and a community house. The house is located just off highway 222, which has moderate traffic. Walking distance (about 1 km) to grocery store and railway station. The station is on the Dovre Line, and there are both north and southbound departures every hour most of the week. The space The house has three bedrooms on the 2nd floor (one with a double bed, one with a single bed and desk, and one that is currently equipped with a sofa bed). The sofa bed can accommodate two (preferably children), if you are an adult it is probably most comfortable for one. There is also an extra foam mattress if someone wants to sleep on a flat bed. On the 1st floor there is a kitchen and living room with a fireplace. On the 2nd floor there is a bathroom with toilet and large shower cabin, on the 1st floor toilet. Guest access The whole house is available except for a room with private things in the basement. The refrigerator in the basement is not to be used. If you wish to rent only one room for accommodation while the owner(s) also use the house, it can also be done, contact us for an offer. Other things to note Tangen in Stange is a small village by Mjøsa. The village has a railway station and a shop with a post office (both about 1 km from the house). At Tangenodden camping and near Korsegarden there are swimming opportunities, and there are nice hiking trails, among other things, up to the old village fortress Gjellberget and towards Stange. A quiet half-hour walk in the woods away, there is also Tangen association's barbecue hut with a nice view of Tangenvika. It can be freely used by everyone. Tangen school is about 10 minutes away, and has nice playgrounds. In addition, Tangen has a rich cultural life, with a range of events at Ingeborg Refling Hagen's cultural house Fredheim (closest neighbor), Børsen cultural house and Tangen community house. The cleaning fee includes the use of bed linen and towels. If you want to bring your own bedding and clean up after yourself, we can agree that the fee will be refunded after your stay.
