New Yack Escape

Take a break & unwind. 100m to epic trail, 1km to cbd, my house is quiet and peaceful with myself and two inside/outside dogs (in at night, no barking). Your space is a bedroom with single bed &sole use bathroom across corridor. A door separates this part of the house from living area, Fully equipped kitchen, separate lounge quiet space (shared with me). I keep myself busy so often won’t be there. The space 3 b/r house with my bedroom and ensuite at front. Off the entry corridor opposite my room is formal lounge with door that can be closed for privacy. This corridor leads to main open plan living/kitchen/dining with two outside sliding glass doors, and the rear of the house has a door that opens to a short corridor with your room on one side, your bathroom on the other and a laundry at the very rear (which I will only access during daytime and when you’re not around if possible). Outside is a sunny yard with two paved areas, a small electric bbq, and grass. My dogs are a cattle dog and a collie x, both very friendly. Guest access Guests can use anywhere except my bedroom and ensuite. During your stay You can text or phone me anytime and I’ll respond asap.
