Take a break & unwind. 100m to epic trail, 800m to cbd, my house is quiet and peaceful. I will leave master bedroom locked but you’ll have access to two other bedrooms, a separate lounge room, a large kitchen/living area, and bathroom and laundry. My garage will be locked but there is driveway parking. The space 3 b/r house with 2 bedrooms for your use (one has single bed, one has queen). Off the entry corridor opposite my ( locked) room is formal lounge with door that can be closed for privacy. This corridor has the queen bedroom off it and leads to the main open plan living/kitchen/dining with two outside sliding glass doors, and to the rear of that room is a a door that opens to a short corridor with a bedroom on one side, a bathroom on the other and a laundry at the very rear. Outside is a sunny yard with two paved areas, a small electric bbq, and grass. Guest access Guests can use anywhere except my bedroom and ensuite, or garage areas.
