Alaskan Suite - Quiet Home!

Private 2 bedroom suite downstairs in quaint rural suburban neighborhood. 12 minutes from shopping centers. Full kitchen with dining area. Patio, barbecue, and laundry. Queen beds with 14" comfort foam mattresses. High speed internet, unlimited wifi, and clutter free work area. It's quiet and sound proofed but no party's. The Aurora is visible from the yard when they're on display. I designed this comfortable space for my elderly Mom if she ever needs it. But for now it's a classy Airbnb! The space 1,250 sqft located in a rural suburban neighborhood with a southern view of the city lights and mountains. Out of the ice fog, yet we're just 10 minutes away from Walmart or grocery stores. There is a convenience store 2 miles down the road. Many guests have sent me pictures of the Aurora, which can be seen right from the driveway when they are out. There are several locations to view the Aurora remotely, located about 15 minutes from my house. I have a private well, there's plenty of both cold AND hot water. You may hear the hum of the well pump cycling on. There are sun blocking night shades/curtains in all spaces. I live in a road service area, so the street gets plowed of snow regularly. I always keep the driveway clear of snow and will have the lights on for you. Guest access The entire downstairs apartment suite, with a private entry ground level door. There is a lock box for after hour check-ins. The front yard, ground level patio, parking spaces, and barbecue is available for your use. Other things to note I have a friendly/shy outdoor black cat that is collarless and free roams out and about. However, she cannot go in downstairs unless you let her (Gwynevere, 3yo black cat). For those who have visited before, Thomas the Orange, my ambassador who greeted everybody, passed away in July of 2024. He will be missed. I also have a 2yo mini Australian shepherd. I can usually accommodate early check-in & late check-out times if you let me know ahead about what time you will be arriving or wish to depart.
