Charming riad located in a secured residence with 3 swimming pools and shops, it offers all the necessary comfort for couples or families. In the immediate vicinity of the medina and the souks, Majorelle Garden, Palmeraie, Confluence Museum, Bahia Palace, and Guéliz, its location is ideal on foot or by taxi (available at the residence entrance) to discover Marrakesh. The residence also features swimming pools (free access), snack bars, grocery stores, cafes, and a pharmacy The space Ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen opening onto a dining room and living room, ideal for sharing meals in a convivial atmosphere. Bedrooms: The riad has three comfortable bedrooms spread over different floors. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other two each have two single beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and air conditioning for maximum comfort. The terrace: A double sun terrace with deckchairs, perfect for relaxing. The Residence - Common areas: Enjoy the residence's swimming pool and free parking. Please note: The residence's swimming pools are closed on Fridays.
