Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home in a quiet subdivision. Rules are strictly enforced at this place. If you cannot abide by the rules please do not book. This place is a perfect place for a quiet relaxing time. The space The house is perfect for a family . Two bedrooms are located at each end of house with a bathroom on each side , kitchen and living room in middle of house. We ask you do not move any furniture or decor. Other things to note This home has weekly yard maintenance and pool service so please be advised that someone will enter the property at times for these purposes.Please do not lock screen door by the pool equipment. The owner does keep his vehicle in the garage so when he comes to visit, he has his vehicle. If rules are not followed and house is not respected there will be an additional $500 charge
