Please note that the two bedroom is located in an apartment building, and guests will need to enter through a shared entrance. The single level apartment is located on the basement floor of a 3 floor apartment building. The apartment building has a secure entry system to ensure the safety of all residents and guests. Guests will also have access to on-site laundry facilities, which are located on the basement floor of the building. Laundry detergent and fabric softener will be provided for guest use, but guests are responsibility for payment of laundry using an app. Guests will also have access to a small gym in the basement which includes a treadmill, rowing machine, bench, weight set/ rack, yoga mats and ab dolly. This apartment is located in an urban neighborhood just outside of downtown Cincinnati. Only a 5 minute drive downtown! Of note, we do own the whole building. Please note that the apartment does have an attached private parking lot in the front of the building and each apartment unit comes with one FREE parking spot. The walk from parking lot to the apartment is very short. There is plenty of free street parking available on the street in front of the building.
