In our newly renovated cozy apartment, which is part of a large farm, you will feel like you are on holiday at your grandmother's. You will get to know living in a small quiet village surrounded by a large number of pets and beautiful nature. Due to its location, your accommodation will be a great starting point for trips to the beautiful border of the Highlands and South Bohemia near the fairy-tale town of Telč (UNESCO). The space The apartment is part of a large farm where the hosts live and there are also barns for animals. The ground floor consists of a small hallway, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a dining table with seating and a comfortable sofa bed that can sleep 2 guests. The room also has a TV and a window overlooking the garden. There is also a bathroom with a toilet and a shower downstairs. A staircase leads to the bedroom in the attic. In the attic there is a large sleeping area for 4 people and one folding bed, so a total of up to 6 guests can sleep comfortably here. There are plenty of quilts and pillows for 8 guests. In the attic there is a roof window overlooking the garden. In the garden, there is an outdoor covered seating area with a fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, a smokehouse and a fireplace. You can also use the swing on the tree or the trampoline not only for children, but also for adults. Children can also play in the sandbox. The garden also includes a pond where you can swim. After agreement with the hosts, it is also possible to look at the yard or surrounding pastures and get to know the local farm animals, namely the horses Bára and Eliška, the dog Gina, as well as cows, sheep, pigs, chickens, ducks and rabbits. Guest access The apartment should have everything you need for your full stay and rest. If you need anything else, just ask. There is unrestricted access to the garden, children can play here, you can swim in the pond, and it is also possible to use the outdoor kitchen and seating in agreement with the hosts. Animals in the yard or enclosure must be accompanied by their owners. It's all about your safety. Farm animals are not pets and can be stressed near an unknown person. They can even hurt you! Therefore, whenever you want to see our animals, please agree with us first. Also, please do not feed the animals without permission. In good faith, you can cause health problems to animals by improper feeding. Other things to note There is a public forest rope playground nearby, in the village there is a classic playground with swings, a carousel, climbing frames, as well as a football, floorball, basketball, tennis, volleyball, and football tennis court. Within a short walking distance, there is a hidden water reservoir Hadrava with clean water suitable for swimming, a popular rock formation Bradlo, a rock formation Hradisko, a forest dog cemetery, a large number of smaller and larger ponds, hills with grazing cows, horses and sheep. In a slightly more distant area (by bike/car) there is the highest peak of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands Javořice, Velký and Malý Pařezitý ponds suitable for swimming, Roštejn Castle, Míchova skála, the town of Telč, which you know from many fairy tales, which is on the UNESCO list, the town of Dačice, where the first sugar cube was made, the town of Mrákotín famous for granite mining, from which, for example, Obelisk (also Mrákotín monolith) at Prague Castle. Nearby is also a very popular area of Czech Canada. The whole wide area is interwoven with a large number of hiking trails and bike trails, so it is an ideal place to spend a family holiday.
