Its location is ideal for dog walks, hiking, cycling, and exploration. The local beach is an easy 15-20 min walk (less than 1 mile) away via a scenic footpath that winds through wetlands, a true paradise for birdwatchers. The space Kelling is a true local gem. Its secluded pebble and sand beach is only a 15–20 minute walk (less than 1 mile) away and, being accessible for parking only to residents, is perfect for year-round dog walking without restrictions. The village also boasts a delightful tea room and is ideally located near Holt, Salthouse and Weybourne, all known for their excellent pubs and restaurants. Plus, the beautiful beaches of Wells, Holkham, Blakeney and Cromer are just a short drive away. The barn is a lovely, light-filled space with high ceilings and exposed beams, creating a sense of character and openness. Please be aware that the barn is quite basic and a little dated in places, but it is perfectly comfortable and acceptable for a relaxed, no-frills stay in a fantastic location. You’ll also appreciate the secure garden, ideal for both dogs and children. To ensure a pleasant stay, the property is professionally cleaned before every arrival, whether you’re visiting for a short break or a longer stay. We provide fresh linen, towels, tea towels, tea, coffee and milk for all guests. Open-plan kitchen, dining and living area Kitchen: A functional, well-stocked kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, slimline dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave and wine shelf. Dining area: Breakfast bar with two stools and a dining table with six chairs. Living area: Comfortable three-seat sofa and armchair, plus a coffee table. A selection of board games and reading material is also available. The outdoor table and chairs overlook the lawned garden and surrounding countryside, where you might even spot barn owls. The garden is fully enclosed, and we’ve added chicken wire to any small gaps to help keep even the most adventurous “Houdini” dogs safe and secure. 😊 Parking Plenty of space for two cars on the gravel driveway, set back from the quiet road. Other things to note **Additional Information** We welcome up to two well-behaved dogs at no extra charge. Please bag and dispose of waste in the black bin so the garden stays lovely for everyone. The garden is fully enclosed with extra chicken wire for even the most adventurous “Houdini” dogs 😊 Please note that the wood burner is not in use. However, for your comfort, the property features underfloor heating throughout. The Barn is designed for accessibility, with all rooms on a single level and only one step to enter or exit the property. For guests with young children, a travel cot and highchair (booster seat style) are available at the property.
