part of the house for rent with private entrance, swimming pool, BBQ and terrace (you share only terrace and swimming pool with us) It is big studio with air conditioner(45 square meters), well equipped kitchen, bathroom, king size bed( if u are not couple we put extra bed for u), high speed internet, with view on swimming pool and garden. There is always hot water and heating. If needed, we can help rent a car, excursions, helping with citizenship property . we can cook for u healthy food The space It is part of the house for rent with swimming pool, BBQ and nice terrace (house is 5 km from city center in peaceful area near arboretum). There is bus stop, located 400 meters from the house that goes every 15 minutes to city center. It takes 5 minutes to reach center and cost of bus is 0.3 dollars. Or u can take byscile from us. You have private entrance to your part of the house but you share swimming pool, terrace and BBQ with owners (My wife and me). We speak Fluent English, and will try to make your stay unforgettable as we are very communicative and friendly. If needed, we can help with learning Russian language (My wife is teacher), help to rent a car, excursions, helping with advices about getting citizenship or buying property here (if needed) For your request we can cook for you natural tasty and healthy food as our neighbors are small farmers that grow everything without chemicals. There is always hot water and heating. It is king size bed but if needed we can put additional bed. (In case you are not couple or if you are team of 3 people) u can always buy home cheese greens and eggs from our neighbours who are farmers It is very peaceful area, when u go out u will hear how birds sin g and smell really fresh air. Forest and river is 1 km away from the house.for additional price we can provide farm food for u and cook delicious things for u Guest access You have private entrance to your part of the house but you share swimming pool, terrace and BBQ with owners (My wife and me). You can not make parties without prior speaking with us !!!! it can be for additional price. you as guest can use bbq and swimming pool free of charge Other things to note we speak fluent English . please note that if u rent the house u can not invite unknown people to BBQ area and swimming pool without prior speaking with US .. u can have BBQ with us :))
