The space The apartment is located on the ground floor, completely renovated and like new, ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay in a quiet environment. It has a bright living room with a built-in kitchen, air conditioning, sofa bed and TV, creating a cozy and functional space to rest or share moments as a couple or family. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator-freezer, a 2-burner glass-ceramic hob, a microwave with a grill (no oven), an extractor hood, an Italian coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle, kitchen utensils and dishes, perfect for preparing your meals during your stay. The bedroom has a 135 cm double bed with a viscoelastic mattress, a ceiling fan, and a closet, offering comfort and storage. The bathroom has a spacious, practical and modern shower. The apartment also comes equipped with a washing machine, products for your use, an extendable clothesline and an iron for greater comfort during long stays. The PVC windows with climalit and tilt-and-turn opening guarantee excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, ideal for enjoying rest. All of them also come equipped with mosquito nets. This space has been designed for those looking to disconnect and enjoy nature, history and nearby beaches, with access to activities such as water sports, hiking and active tourism in the surrounding area. Other things to note Located in Plaza de la Paz, Rincón de Manoli is in a tranquil area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the leisurely pace of a whitewashed Andalusian village. Facinas is a charming place, surrounded by nature and with easy access to hiking trails, pristine beaches and natural spaces such as the Alcornocales Natural Park. In the center of the village there are small shops, bars and local restaurants where you can try the typical cuisine of the area. It is possible to park easily and at no cost in several areas near the accommodation: right at the bus stop in front of the apartment; at the Mirador de la Janda, a beautiful area located just before reaching the accommodation through the main entrance of the village with panoramic views of the surroundings; or in the Plaza de España, going up the slope of the Town Hall 100 meters from the accommodation.
