A 3rd house can accommodate 8 people from July to October. Life is sweet and easy, many leisure activities: large gardens, swimming pool, billiards, ping-pong, petanque The space There is the "big house" around a closed garden with 5 bedrooms (10 people), the "little house" full of charm with 3 bedrooms (6 people) and the 180 m2 "workshop" transformed into a loft. It is a large modular space with office and bathroom. The complex can accommodate up to 20 people gathered in the heart of a family farmhouse with swimming pool, large gardens, billiards, ping-pong, projection area, large tables, petanque. Perfectly equipped kitchens allow cooking for large groups. In the large house, built around a fenced garden: - 1 large living room with fireplace, WiFi, TV - 1 very well-equipped kitchen open to the living room - 1 double bedroom with shower-WC overlooking the garden - Upstairs, 2 double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and terrace. + extra bed - With independent entrance: 2 bedrooms with two twin beds each share a bathroom - 1 awning with a large table - 1 large BBQ - 1 summer lounge In the small house: - 1 kitchen and living room area overlooking a terrace and a small garden, with Wi-Fi and TV - 2 double bedrooms on the 1st floor - 1 bedroom under the roof, with 2 twin beds and an extra mattress - 2 bathrooms furnished in the old wine vats, with shower and toilet In the workshop: - 1 open and modular space of 180 m2, with kitchen, wifi, projector (with deposit), TV, billiards table and a huge table - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet - 1 independent toilet - 2 additional bedrooms in the farmhouse can accommodate 4 people. A large pool of 12m X 5m in the park of the farmhouse (to be shared with the owners at times to be defined). A little out of the way, surrounded by nature, 50 m from the garden of the house, it is surrounded by a large fenced and secure space. The pool is shared only with the 3rd house and each group has dedicated time slots, to ensure privacy and comfort. Children's beds with bars and high chairs installed on request. The beaches of Saint-Cyprien, 5 km away, are particularly famous for kite-surfing. *** A choice on our part: there is no air conditioning in the houses.
