The space 4 bedroom house but only 2 bedrooms are available, one bedroom is reserved and one is a laundry drying room and remote working hub, for now! This is house is new build; full of brightness with sun shining through the stunning m south facing kitchen in the mornings! Upstairs and downstairs bathroom where hot water is always constant for showers after your hiking concludes! Relax in the evening in the living room with a 55” tv screen to catchup on all of your favourite Netflix shows Guest access All rooms are accessible except one of the bedrooms which is reserved for owner! This room is not accessible and will be locked! Besides that all other areas are accessible! A code for the key-box will be shared 1 -2 hours prior to your arrival Other things to note Please note: ***tumble dryer in place but not for use due to energy consumption charges*** ***During winter months heating should not be left on throughout the day - extra charges will apply and will be checked through smart meter*** ***Drinks (on trolley and in kitchen/utility), record player, items in fridge are NOT for guests - these are owners items*** ***Plastic knives pots and pans are not dishwasher friendly so kindly hand wash*** **please do not leave water in kettle after use due to limescale in area*** ***General waste when full to be left in outside bin and recycling when full to be added to recycling bag in utility***
