Situated on our historic 19 acre horse farm, just beside the main historic barn built in 1809. You have all the joys of camping, alongside horses & their paddocks. Enjoy our Horseback riding experience through beautiful wooded trails (added fee), relax at your outside table watching our horses, or relax in your camper & catch a movie. The space This is a CAMPER!! There are two steps to access the camper, the space is compact yet accommodating. The camper is located in the front of our four horse trailer. Your camper is parked right beside horse paddocks, you will see horses out your windows, and they are just across the fence visiting you, as your camper is situated behind our historic barn built in 1809. Beside your camper is an inviting space with table and chairs & outdoor juke mat to enjoy the peaceful and wonderful country sounds surrounded by horses! Weather permitting, the awning can be extended over this area. Paper products are provided. There is a compact refrigerator, microwave and a small kitchen sink. Your camper DOES NOT have a stove, cooktop, or cookware. We have many delicious restaurants nearby, and Uber eats and DoorDash are both available for your dining enjoyment. As your host, I send a list of nearby restaurants and local attractions for your consideration. Lancaster County has so much to do, whether you are a family, or a couple or a girls or guys getaway time. There is a compact yet full bathroom with a shower to the rear of your camper. A small storage shed with a lock is located just beyond your camper entrance for your convenience. There are two luggage racks, additional camping chairs, and portable tables for your convenience. Guest access Guests will have the entire living quarters of the horse trailer, outside dining area & storage shed with a lock for their private use. Lots of open space and yard areas, your view overlooks the horse farm from every window. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful farm stay with private driveway and parking. Enjoy a walk through the large grassy courtyard with magnolia, cedar and endearing tall pine trees, or a stroll through the wooded trails, as you are greeted by horses. A fire pit is available in the spacious backyard that overlooks the horse paddocks. Firewood is complementary. Remember to pack chocolate bars, marshmallows and graham crackers to enjoy some s’mores! There is a small gray storage shed right beside your camper (with a lock) for guests to access. Additional portable camping chairs, 2 luggage holders, portable dining tables, handheld sweeper & broom are all located in there. Guests may also use this area to store their luggage if needed. Lock combo will be provided at check-in time.
