Relax with the whole family in this cozy English townhouse. With a 15-minute walk to Råå beach, a 2-minute walk to soccer fields, tennis hall, beach volleyball, there is something for everyone. Helsingborg city center is 4 km away and then bus no. 1 runs outside your door at regular intervals. The trip takes about 10 minutes. Tickets can be easily purchased in Skånetrafiken's app with Swish. From Helsingborg C, you can take the boat over to Denmark. Or why not just stay home and enjoy the cozy garden! :) The space The house is a brick gable terraced house from 1926. You have access to the entire house on three floors. At the top, there are two bedrooms, one a little larger with a 180 bed and one smaller with a 160 bed that can also be an 80 bed if you wish. In both bedrooms there is access to part of the wardrobe. Out in the hallway there is a work area and toilet. On the entrance floor are the house's social areas, living room with large sofa, TV, fireplace, dining area and kitchen with kitchen island. Oil, spices, coffee and tea are available. Also some dry goods. Please use but it is desirable if you refill if something runs out. The garden is protected and if it is sunny, it is midsummer warm there from early spring to late autumn. You have access to a lounge group with cushions, dining table, two large parasols. Large Weber gas grill with frying table. In the garden, there is a sandbox with toys and a small trampoline for the smallest children. In the carport, you are welcome to park the car. There is also wood for the fireplace and beach toys. Two kilometers away is the cozy fishing village of Råå with restaurants, shops, mini golf, cold bathhouse, Maxi and Systembolaget. Guest access All surfaces. Some cabinets and drawers are locked or marked as private. Access to carport, not garage. A bicycle is available to borrow and also some outdoor toys in the bicycle shed.
