This is the perfect base for exploring the Loire Valley castles and renowned vineyards. The space Gîte on the 1st floor of a historic mansion, with 2 large bedrooms with double bed, one with a single bed, equipped kitchen, cozy living room with TV, and bathroom with bathtub. Ideal for discovering Chinon on foot, between heritage and the sweetness of life. Upon request, we provide the garage to store the bikes. Guest access A key box allows you to collect the keys to enter: - a key for the front door, - a key for the accommodation at the top of the stairs. Accommodation accessible by the staircase on the right when entering the hall. Other things to note Sheets and towels are provided for the entire accommodation. For stays longer than 7 days, sheets, towels and linen will be provided and available in the lobby. Their replacement during the stay will be the responsibility of the tenants. It can be difficult to park in a city with old, narrow streets. I can give you some tips and help you define your parking plan (Sundays are free in "paid" areas for example, and you must pay attention to the weekly market day which is Thursday). Usually there are places on the dock near the accommodation (paid). Parking is free a little further from the center. In addition, I have a security camera in the lobby on the ground floor and in the garage for everyone's protection.
