The Mountain Retreat 4824 route 417

Peaceful getaway in the woods. Nothing but you and nature. Rustic cabin with 120 acres of roads and trails to hike (some very steep). Located just off of route 417 but access to 120 acres of wooded area with AMAZING views the higher you hike. Cell service is very good on entire property. Drive way up to cabin is somewhat steep. Cars can make it up but all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive is recommended. The space Located off of Rt 417 between Allegany NY and Salamanca NY. 20 mins to Ellicottvile NY. Sleeps 4 with Bunks for each guest. There are tables for the inside and the outside. No electric No water Carry in Carry out. There will be a cost for leaving garbage behind. Guest access Guests may utilize all 120 acres and all of the cabin. Please be mindful of property lines and signs. Other things to note There is no linens or cooking utensils included.
