Welcome to my sunny home. Relax in this unique and tranquil getaway with views to the woods and hills yet within 10 minutes walk into historic Dunkeld or Birnam. The Space. The single storey cottage has an sunny open plan sitting room, living/dining and kitchen area. Your double bedroom (which can convert to two singles) is down the hallway and the bathroom with bath and overbath shower is adjacent. Registration PK13278F The space The cottage was completely modernised with a new extension 12 years ago so has all modern comforts. You have full use of the well equipped kitchen, dining area and both sitting areas. The sunroom enables you to sit virtually in the garden all year round. Your bedroom can be made up as a king sized double or 2 small singles. The bathroom is just across the hall from the bedroom. It has an overbath shower and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is not available and is closed. The heating is electric underfloor heating and there is a logstove if you like to use it with some logs provided. The garden is my pride and joy with many unusual plants. I hope you will enjoy sitting out in this secluded, sheltered and sunny spot. The back garden is fully enclosed. The garden gate takes you straight onto the Dunkeld Paths network where you can explore this beautiful area on foot. Access to my home is generally good with a ramp to the front door, wide doorways and no internal steps. There is ample parking in front of and to the side of the cottage. There is also a charging point for your EV if you have one, available for charging from midnight to 5.00am. Guest access The house. You are most welcome to use all of the house apart from the second bedroom which is closed. I am leaving you drawer and hanging space in the bedroom and shelf space for your supplies in the kitchen but there will be some of my possessions in other storage spaces. Outside. The stone outhouse and garden shed are closed. Your car There is plenty of parking space outside the cottage. You are also welcome to use my EV charging point at night rate between midnight and 5am. If you could set your car timer for these times that would make this something I can continue to offer. As it is an older charger I cannot control remotely so I'm offering this on trust.
