Serene house with pool in Bolnuevo

This accommodation exudes tranquility: relax with the whole family just 500m from Bolnuevo beach! Very nice community pool with ideal temperature for bathing even in September and October. Possibility of free parking in the courtyard and on the street. The house has been recently renovated and furnished, so the mattresses, sheets, towels and other furniture are completely new. The space Important: This is not an apartment but a house with several floors, so it has stairs. Downstairs we have: - Patio: with tables, chairs and awnings for lunch or dinner with family or friends. The backyard overlooks the community area and pool. Enough space to store a car. Portable barbecue available to guests with basic utensils. - Dining room: with smart-TV, internet and a sofa bed. - Kitchen: newly renovated and perfectly equipped (ceramic hob, oven, microwave...) - Bathroom. - Newly renovated laundry room and outdoor shower. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and a newly renovated full bathroom: - The green bedroom: it is the master bedroom, with a double bed (1.50m) and 2 balconies with beautiful clear views. - Blue bedroom: features a single bed and an extra bed. Guest access In the common areas we have two swimming pools, one of them for children, surrounded by green areas with palm trees. Other things to note Bolnuevo is a small and very quiet town in a protected enclave, the Sierra de las Moreras. It's a great place for those looking to rest and unwind.
