We have been renting the Château de Lassay since 2017, our property since 2001. Located in Saint Michel de Chavaignes, mansion and outbuildings in an enclosed 3.5 ha park with woods, meadows and pond. For family events, birthdays, cousinades... not weddings. No tenants under 35 years old. Up to 50 guests. The price of 944 euros per day is valid for a maximum of 16 people. Allow €50/day for an additional guest aged 17 to 30, then €40 for ages 31 to 41, and €20 for ages 42 to 50. No visit. The space The Château de Lassay is spread over 3 levels. 15 bedrooms including 2 on the ground floor, 5 bathrooms, 8 toilets. On the ground floor, a large hall of 55 m2 with 3 tables and fireplace, a woodwork living room with Hi-Fi system, a SAM billiard room. A TV lounge with DVDs. A large kitchen with table, dishwasher, washing machine, professional washing machine, fridge. A back kitchen with another refrigerator + chest freezer. On the 1st floor, 5 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms, 1 large dormitory and 2 bathrooms. Round tower and square tower. Chapel with artist's studio. Pond, swimming canal, wood and orchard. Renaissance-inspired garden. Guest access The entire castle is accessible. The accommodation on the 1st floor of the stables is private. Other things to note For more than 16 people, as the chalet can accommodate up to 50 people, the price of the stay will be subject to the following adjustment: +50 euros per person per day from the 17th to the 30th +40 euros per person per day from the 31st to the 40th +20 euros per person per day beyond that. Uncashed deposit check of €5,000. No tenants under 35 years old.
