Our recently refurbished, charming 4-berth Parkhome (Chalet) is set within the peaceful and family friendly Happy Days Seaside site in Trusthorpe, near Mablethorpe. Tastefully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with high-quality amenities, this quaint Chalet offers a perfect retreat by the coast. Located just a 2-minute walk from the award-winning beach and only 15 minutes from Mablethorpe Centre. You'll have the best of both worlds -a tranquil getaway with easy access to local attractions. The space Shiela's is a lovely comfortable and recently renovated attractive looking home with a south facing sunny veranda. Set in a tranquil position only a few mins to the beach and two nearby club houses. A cosy warm interior tastefully decorated throughout with good quality furnishings and extras. *A Double bedroom with a comfortable bed and a feature wall, wardrobes and a vanity mirror with USB charger and hand motion light. *2nd bedroom is a twin room with 2 small wardrobes a bedside cabinet and lamp. *The bathroom is very modern and totally renovated in 2025 to a high standard with good size power shower WC ,sink and mirror. *The kitchen is very well equipped with a microwave, full electric oven and hob. Quality utensils and crockery and a water filter. * Relax in the comfy lounge area with good size seating and compact dining area. *USB phone charger point. *Smart TV. Plenty of DVDs and a games cupboard with few books. Relax, taking in the rays on the balcony sipping a cool drink. Guest access Guests can contact us on here. I aim to get back to all guests within 2 hours. Other things to note * This is a family site, so stag/hen parties or same sex groups are not permitted. No contract workers allowed. Please keep noise levels to a minimum. A token welcome gift of teas/ coffee awaits you. Also a small cleaning package of a dishcloth,sponge teatowel and washing up liquid. •We provide quality duvets, pillows and tea towels but guests MUST provide their own bedding (ie sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and bath towels.. For hygiene reasons we ask guests NOT to sleep directly on an unprotected bed as this may result in extra cleaning costs. *The master bedroom has a double bed with pillows and duvet. *The second bedroom as twin beds both with duvet and pillows. All beds have mattress and pillow protectors on. * Well equipped modern kitchen inc toaster, microwave etc. Good quality crockery and plenty of utensils. This is a family site, so parties or same sex groups are not permitted. No contract workers. Please keep noise levels to a minimum. We have provided cleaning products /bin bags . We would encourage you to keep the property in a clean manor, which our team greatly appreciates. • We ask that guest leave their footwear at the door to avoid sand, mud and grass being trampled into the carpets. •We ask that dogs are respectful and don’t jump all over the soft furnishings, however dog blankets/bowls and mats have been provided. We kindly ask that your dog does not go into the bedrooms. *Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets. * Our Pet Policy is 1 small or 1 medium dog- no large dogs). Guests not respecting this may be asked to leave. *This property is strictly NO smoking/vaping or smoking of any illegal substances. Guests could be asked to leave the premises and incur extra cleaning costs. *Beach - Only 2 mins from the huge award winning beach via the private gate. * Please report anything to us that may need attention during your stay. The site request that cars are not brought onto the grass. the car park is very close by.
