Charming studio surrounded by nature

We offer our completely new studio which is on the lower part of the house. You benefit from a private garden and access to the bocce court as well as a parking space. The village and shopping malls are 5 minutes away by car. We also offer renting a car (Fiat 500) to simplify your trips during the stay (contact us). NB: The outdoor area is under construction, the land is not fenced. The space 18 m2 studio equipped with a fitted kitchen (microwave, induction hob, fridge, coffee maker) and shower room. Small private garden of 50 m2 with access to the pétanque court. Parking space in the subdivision near the entrance to the property. Guest access Access to the studio, private garden, as well as the petanque court. Other things to note As a reminder, the exterior remains (to date) under construction. The land is not fenced.
