The space The apartment is located in a tourist complex consisting of six villas with a total of 24 privately owned apartments. My apartment is in the first villa, on the first floor, immediately to the left of the stairs. It has a surface area of 47m², plus a 13m² mezzanine above part of the apartment, which serves as a sleeping area. Below the tourist complex, there is a large garage where our parking space is located. The garage is secured with rolling doors. Stairs lead from the garage entrance to the villas. Guest access It is not accessible for strollers and wheelchairs due to the stairs. Exact Location: Rijeka Rezevici Entrance to the Tourist Complex: The main gate is located right next to the main road (a large black metal gate). It opens using a remote control. Apartment Location: The apartment is on the first floor. Garage Space: Your designated parking spot is No. 15. Enter through the second garage door from the beginning, and the parking space is immediately to the right of the entrance. Use the remote control to open the garage. Upon arrival, you will receive a remote control, which you will use for both the main gate of the complex and the garage entrance. Other things to note Local Recommendations: The most beautiful Montenegrin beaches are nearby, just a 5 to 15 minute drive away: Petrovac, Lucice, Buljarica, Drobni pijesak, Sveti Stefan, Milocer, Przno, Kamenovo, Becici. The metropolis of Montenegrin tourism, Budva, is just a 15-minute drive away. There are several beautiful monasteries nearby, including Manastir Reževići, Manastir Praskvica, Manastir Gradiste, Manastir Rustevo, Manastir Duljevo and others.
