We are just 30 minutes from Lisbon and close to Setúbal, in a location that provides the perfect balance between tranquility and accessibility. The space The House: With 250 m² and four bedrooms, our house is perfect for families or groups of friends. We'll guide you on a tour of our home so you can see all it has to offer! Ground floor: • Living Room: The living room is the ideal place to relax, with a comfortable sofa, a Smart TV so you can watch your favorite shows. The fireplace and air conditioning create a cozy atmosphere for any time of the year. • Kitchen: Fully equipped, our kitchen has all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. The property also has a dishwasher, washing machine and iron for your convenience. • Office/Library: If you need a quiet space to work or read, the office with a library and a desk will be at your disposal. In addition, there is a double bed or two beds for more comfort. • Social bathroom: For your convenience, we have a social bathroom equipped with a shower. 1st Floor: • Master Suite: Our master suite is spacious and equipped with television, wardrobe, air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower. • Double Room: This room also has a wardrobe and air conditioning, with a balcony/terrace common to both rooms. The view of Palmela Castle in the background, especially at dusk, is simply stunning. And if you're lucky, you might even see the storks returning to their nests – a true spectacle of nature. • Children's Room: The little ones' room has a bunk bed and a drawer bed, ideal for up to four children, as well as a wardrobe and air conditioning. • Full Bathroom: A full bathroom with bathtub, shared by the first-floor bedrooms. ________________________________________ Outside: • Terrace and Garden: The property's main highlight is the terrace and garden. Here, you can relax and enjoy the outdoors while taking advantage of the dining area with a barbecue and hammocks for resting. Guest access Guest access and check-in will be carried out by the host in a smooth and well-organized manner, ensuring safety, comfort, and satisfaction. All necessary information will be provided in a clear and friendly manner, creating a welcoming environment from the first moment. The host will introduce the space and provide details about the amenities available. In addition, they should explain the house rules. Personal delivery of the key: The host meets the guest upon arrival and delivers the key in person. This can be done at a previously agreed meeting point or directly on site. Other things to note Availability to help: Keep communication channels open (phone, email, etc.) so that the guest knows they can ask for help when needed.
