It can accommodate up to 5 people. This small cocoon of 95m², totally independent, offers you a large living room open to the outdoor terrace, and to the living room and equipped kitchen. All in a very bright space. The cottage has air conditioning in the living room that covers the living room, living room and kitchen. The cottage is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, there is a good 4G internet connection, no WIFI. Comfortable and bright place to stay This independent cottage of 95 sqm, entirely on one level, can accommodate up to 5 people. It includes: a spacious and bright living room, open to the terrace and living room,an equipped and friendly kitchen, three bedrooms: two with a 140 cm double bed, and a third with a 90 cm low bed suitable for a child (possibility to add an umbrella bed provided). Things to know for your arrival: - Household linens (hand towels and dish towels): provided free of charge, as well as the first arrival kit (salt, pepper, toilet paper, household products). - Bed linen rental: €15 per set. The beds will be made upon your arrival and all you have to do is put your bags down. - Baby sheets and a high chair will also be available. - Towels: €10 per person. - Mandatory cleaning fee: €40. - Electricity consumed in addition (flat rate of 8KWH per day or 56KWH per week) is not included in the rates and will be paid on site in addition after reading the meters (depending on the amount of the price of the KWH indicated on the invoice). - A security deposit of 400€ will be handed to the owner upon your arrival.
