A custom pergola is scheduled for installation in early February 2026, and curated outdoor furnishings have already been ordered to complete the experience. Transportation from San Juan can be arranged (fee applies) For larger gatherings, we also have a nearby property with a pool, just 20 minutes away, which can host an additional 8 guests. Guests can enjoy three televisions with streaming services, high-speed internet, games, books, and puzzles for entertainment. We also provide coolers, beach chairs, sand toys, and more for your beach outings. Rest assured, this villa is equipped with backup electricity to ensure your comfort during any outages. Our unique personal guestbook app offers 24/7 access to valuable information about the villa, local restaurants, beaches, excursions, and much more. The property features a variety of sleeping arrangements, including two king-sized beds, two queen-sized beds, a bunk bed (comprising a full and twin), and two twin beds. The master bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor, with an additional master bedroom situated on the second floor. Guests may request the setup of portable cribs and air mattresses in advance, and baby gates are available for stair safety. The home accommodates a maximum of 13 guests. Enjoy the privacy of a fully fenced and gated residence, complete with a private pool. Please note that one bathtub is currently out of service; however, there are two additional bathtubs available, and all five full bathrooms come equipped with showers. Plus 3 half bathrooms, including one on the rooftop and one in the garage with pool access.
