The only shared space within in the building is the hallway. This unit is located on the 2nd floor. Relax in the shared courtyard with firepits or explore downtown North Utica, only a block away, with charming shops and dining. Perfect for a nature getaway or a peaceful escape! The space The Log Cabin room is located in our the Lodge building of the Lander's House and Lodging property. The property consists of 9 units and share a large fenced in courtyard with firepits for guests to enjoy. Our building has lots of charm but, as an older property, some sound may travel between units. We ask all guests to be mindful of noise and appreciate your understanding! Guest access You will access your unit through the shared main door then up the stairs will be your own private entrance to your room. It has a smart lock with a unique code for both doors. You may use the shared courtyard behind the building which includes 5 firepits. Firewood is provided during the busy season (May to November).
