Studio is 300 sq ft and yard/patio area is approximately 850 sq ft. Ample parking space that can fit a large vehicle. Guests also have access to a small charcoal barbecue grill, additional tables, chairs, a pop-up shade structure, and a hammock w/stand. Connect with host to access these items. Landscaper comes onto the property every two weeks for maintenance. Guest access Private entrance. Shared trash area. Large parking space on left side of driveway. Other things to note Pets: Pets are considered, not automatically allowed. They must be house-trained and well behaved (no puppies/kittens). All pets must be licensed and up-to-date on mandatory vaccines. Please do not leave pets alone at the property for extended periods of time. 1 pet per stay. There is a 30 lb mixed-breed dog that resides at the main house who thinks he’s the boss. Laundry: For an additional fee, we offer access to the washer/dryer in the garage.
