Close to beaches, wineries, cycling and hiking areas, this is a perfect getaway all year. The space This gracious century home is situated on a quite country road. The large windows look onto 4 acres of surrounding gardens. The dining areas have multiple tables for distancing. Outdoor living spaces on the porches and in the garden allow for quiet personal time as well as time to gather as a group. It is within 10 kilometers of many fine wineries, 6 kilometers from North Beach, and located on a lake (not a swimming lake) but beautiful with summer breezes. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house which includes 5 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom, a powder room, a salon, a recreation room with a video unit, a large kitchen with barbeque, and two large porches, a screened in porch, and a separate library/sitting room. On the lake level, a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and screened in porch allow for guests to roam around without disturbing others. The tractor garage and tool room is off limits. Other things to note The house is on 20 acres of natural wildlife preserve. The butterfly garden is full during July, August and September.
