Important Resort Pass and Property Rules El Dorado Ranch strictly regulates entry, community safety, and facility access. Please review these property, vehicle, and check-in parameters carefully prior to your arrival: Check-In Windows: Standard check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Our registration reception closes promptly at 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM are subject to a strict 25 dollar late check-in fee to cover the staff required to facilitate your after-hours arrival. Please plan to arrive before 8:00 PM to avoid this additional charge. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum allowable occupancy for this condo is strictly capped at 8 guests total. This limit includes both adults and children and is rigorously monitored by resort administration. Swimming Pool Passes: This rental property comes with a maximum of 6 pool passes only. Please note that if a group of 8 adults registers to stay, exactly 6 adults will be permitted inside the pool enclosures at any given time. Children under 12 years old do not require a pool pass to access the facility gates. Pass Issuance Times: Pool passes are issued directly to guests by the resort administration office, which closes daily at 4:30 PM. If you arrive after 4:30 PM, you will still be able to seamlessly access your rental home using your check-in details, but you will not be able to access the pool gates on your arrival evening. Passes can simply be picked up from the resort office the following morning. Barbecue Regulations: Due to strict community fire danger regulations, the resort does not permit the use of standalone charcoal or gas barbecue grills directly at the condos or on individual balconies. To accommodate outdoor cooking, free community grilling stations featuring 8 built-in public barbecues have been set up in a designated area away from the condos, located about a scenic 10-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the professional barbecue service offered on-site at the resort's Pavilion restaurant. Vehicle Restrictions: Off-road vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, and dirt bikes, are strictly prohibited from driving on the residential streets within this beachfront section of the community. A strict exception is made only for registered race teams participating in major sanctioned events. Security Deposit: A strict 100 dollar security deposit is required upon arrival.
