Nestled along Hwy 95, it features full hookups in every space. -30amp electrical, water and sewer hook up -42ft long space -2 dogs per space -Onsite laundry & showers -No tents -1 vehicle + 1 RV The space Monroe Creek RV Park Campground Rules RV Camping Only: No sleeping tents are permitted. Only RVs are allowed for overnight stays. Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times. Pet waste must be picked up immediately. Pets may not be left unattended and outside the RV at any point during your stay. Occupancy Limit: Maximum of 6 people per site, including children and adults. Vehicle Limit: Each site is limited to 1 RV and 1 additional vehicle. Both must fit within the designated space without encroaching on neighboring sites or common areas. Speed Limit: 5pmh at all times when in the park. Children: Adult supervision is required of all children 17 and younger at all times. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in begins at 2pm and ends at 9pm. Late check-ins will not be accommodated. Check-out is by 12pm. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time. Fires/BBQs: Only propane burning fire rings are allowed and BBQ grills are allowed. No wood burning fires or charcoal grills. Fire ring regulation is also subject to local fire marshal rules and may be prohibited during certain times of the year when extreme fire danger exists. Trash: Dispose of all garbage in provided dumpsters by the bathhouse. Only bagged and tied trash is accepted. Keep sites clean and free of litter. Parking: All vehicles must park within your assigned space. No parking on grass, roads, or vacant sites. Bathhouse/Laundry: No animals are allowed in the restrooms or laundry room. Make sure the door is completely closed after you leave the room. Damages: The camper will be financially responsible for any damages caused to the park facilities and infrastructure. Firearms: The use of firearms is strictly prohibited in the park. Fireworks: The use of fireworks is strictly prohibited in the park. Respect: Be considerate of fellow campers. No loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior. Onsite management will monitor this situation and will issue warnings. If persistent issues arise, you will be asked to leave the park and not refunded for the remainder of your booking. Liability: Monroe Creek RV Park/Sage Residential LLC is not responsible or liable for damages, theft or injury occurring during your stay. Guest access Self check in between 2pm-9pm. No late check ins. Self check out at 12pm. Other things to note Prior to booking, please make yourself aware of all rules. Rules are strictly enforced to ensure a peaceful camping experience for all.
