Lawrenceville Home in Vibrant Walkable Area

Our home is a cozy clean two story rowhouse w/coffee maker, 2 queen beds & various desks for remote work. The internet is Verizon Fios. Lawrenceville is a very walkable / cycle friendly area. Everything you need can be reached by foot or bike. Or you can catch a direct bus downtown via super close stop. The home is walkable to many pubs, cafes, restaurants and wine bars. There's also a grocery store, USPS & pharmacy less than 1km away. The space Bus 91 will take you directly downtown or to the strip district. Guest access All areas of the house are available. A full size washer and dryer are in the basement. You may use the backyard however it's currently being remodeled and beautified. Other things to note Secondary bathroom is in the basement (carpeted stairs). This includes another shower, sink, toilet, full sized washer and dryer. Please don't book if you are allergic to dogs as they have occasionally been allowed to stay. This is a great location for longer stays and people transitioning to Pittsburgh for work or even a short vacation for a Steelers game.
