The space The studio is newly renovated, with everything brand new, it is bright, accessible, safe and quiet, perfect for couples or small families or groups. It has a living room where there is a sofa bed, an area with a large TV, a dining table next to a large window overlooking the garden, and there is also a double bed. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with new furniture and appliances. The apartment has a full renovated bathroom with a comfortable shower. Guests only have to worry about enjoying the good weather in Torremolinos. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. They can also access the community garden and pool. The pool is being renovated, and will most likely be open in the summer. The building is easy to enter, parking areas nearby and also has disabled access and double elevator. Other things to note Quiet hours from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am. The cleaning fee is for cleaning floors, sheets and towels. If additional cleaning or difficult stains are required, there will be a surcharge. Departures after check-out time at 11:00 am will be charged €50 per hour.
