Living room: Two armchairs ideal for being comfortable, a coffee table, A/C and Smart TV. Kitchen: It has a large bar with 5 benches, an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, dining room for 6 people and all basic needs. Bedroom No. 1: Spacious, with a king size bed, walk-in closet, full private bathroom and A/C. Bedroom No. 2: It has a double bed, an armchair-bed, a small dresser with drawers and A/C. Bedroom No. 3: It has two double beds, a spacious dresser and A/C. Bathrooms: One full bathroom in bedroom No. 1. One full bathroom near bedrooms 2 and 3. A half bathroom near the living room. Half bathroom outside (in pool and grill area) Patio: Roofed barbecue area, and bar with ample space, Ideal for being with family and/or friends, it has a private pool with an external shower. Guest access You are allowed to use the entire house. Except for the furniture in front of the half bathroom, which is between the living room and kitchen. The furniture is kept closed with straps so please DO NOT remove them. Other things to note The accommodation is located within a beautiful, very safe residential area with two common areas that have a pool, as well as a private beach with lounge chairs and palapas, ideal for sitting and relaxing or taking a walk.
