Welcome to the "Le Clos de Champagnolles" cottage. It consists of 5 rooms with TV (including 3 master suites for people with reduced mobility), 4 bathrooms, 5 toilets, and 1 charging station for electric cars. Enjoy the heated pool, games to spend pleasant moments together (foosball, darts, karaoke, basketball, ping pong). The gîte is located in a small, quiet hamlet, close to the most beautiful things that Charente-Maritime has to offer. For weekend reservations: possibility of checking out on Sunday at 5 pm to enjoy The space The ⭐️⭐️⭐️ gîte for 14 people (14 possible) + 1 baby is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - living room - dining room - equipped kitchen with 2 fridges/freezer - large gas kitchen piano - oven - microwave - bean coffee maker and filter coffee maker - 1 shower room 1 separate WC with window and handwasher - 3 bedrooms adapted for people with reduced mobility, each with a private shower room/toilet (1 with 1 bed 160 x 200 + 1 single bed / 1 with 1 bed 140 x 190 + 1 single bed / 1 with 1 bed 180 x 190: 2 beds 90 x 190 assembled + 2 bunk beds 90 x 190 (sheets and towels and beach towels available as an option) - 1 games room with foosball, darts and various games and board games for all ages Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed - 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed - 1 WC with handwasher Each room is equipped with a TV to avoid quarrels over the choice of a TV program in the evening Outdoors: - 1 dome pool - 1 children's play structure with swings and slide - Several terraces - 1 garden furniture - lounge chairs - 1 courtyard - the possibility to park up to 5 cars. An electric car charging outlet is present. - 1 clothes rack You will find in the cottage different elements for cooking: - XXL charcoal grill and gas grill - 2 raclette machines - 2 party crepes - 2 indoor electric planchas But also various board games, petanque balls, a foosball table, an electronic dartboard, a ping pong table, Molkky, a karaoke system with various DVDs, and a basketball hoop in the courtyard. you also have a large collection of DVDs if you opt for a movie night Folding the table, you have a nice space to party (windows closed so as not to generate the neighbors). Ability to have a set of lights on request. You can also play badminton or other on the grounds that adjoin the cottage . Possibility for an additional fee to make a group meal at noon (for insurance reasons) under the courtyard (up to 36 people). The service includes chairs, tables, covered plates and glasses. We have contacts with different service providers to arrange your meal. Guest access You are the only ones enjoying the Clos de Champagnolles. No shared pool here. the cottage has its own parking lot of 3 spaces. you can also bring 4 cars into the property. The ground floor is 100% accessible for wheelchair users Other things to note For weekend bookings: option to check out on Sunday at 5 pm upon request to make the most of it Beyond 30 kWh per day, electricity is charged at €0.20 per additional kWh, to be paid at the end of the stay (meter reading) Pets are allowed free of charge under certain conditions. The cleaning package does not include washing and putting away dishes, cleaning the barbecues, or emptying the trash cans. This must be done by the guest. Bed linen, 1 hand towel and 1 beach towel per person are available (€15 per bed, to be paid on site) THE ACCOMMODATION IS ENTIRELY NON-SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY. There are ashtrays outside. Any cigarette butt found outside the house or on the road will result in a charge. PLEASE NOTE: The pool is not supervised. In accordance with the regulations in force, a lockable protective dome has been installed. It must be opened before entering the water. Access to and use of the pool is the sole responsibility of the "users". The safety device in no way replaces the vigilance of responsible adults, who must exercise constant and active supervision.
