One bedroom plus bonus room in convenient Westbrook duplex. Surround yourself with artwork and color. Fresh flowers abound in the summer months. Free parking, close to the airport and 10-15 minutes to downtown Portland. A welcoming retreat while sightseeing and exploring southern Maine! The space You'll have full use of a 2 bedroom apartment in a 2-unit home. This is the homeowner's full time residence and is being offered while I'm away (with a designated co-host nearby). There is one room on the first floor that will be closed off during your stay but the whole unit is your private space. Your sleeping area is on the second floor and the bathroom is on the first floor. The bed is a full/double size and it has a footboard. It may not be ideal for people over 5’10 or for couples used to sharing a larger bed. There is driveway parking for a max of two cars. You'll hear some noise from the well-traveled street in the summer when windows are open, but fans typically mask it. *Please note that a dog lives here full time when we're home, though he won’t be around during your stay. I keep the place very clean, but those with severe pet allergies may not be comfortable in this space. Guest access The apartment is private. The deck and backyard are shared with one other tenant.
