Spotlessly clean, spacious & welcoming - your ideal base for work, rest or exploration. The space Little Gem Guesthouse is a private, one-bedroom unit that shares a single wall with the main house. You have a private entrance and don't share any spaces. Inside, the living area has a large lounge, dining table and a small desk. French doors open the living area to the outdoor patio which is shaded by a trellised grapevine during the summer. The kitchen is equipped with a double element induction cooktop, convection microwave, a bench-top oven, and a refrigerator, along with all the necessary dining and cooking equipment. The bedroom, located at the end of the hall, has a comfortable queen-size bed and a built-in wardrobe. The bathroom features a large shower, basin and toilet. For your convenience, all bed linen, towels, body wash, shampoo & conditioner are provided. The guesthouse also includes laundry facilities with a washing machine, laundry detergent, clothesline, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Please feel free to message us with any questions. Guest access Self check in with lockbox. All areas of the guesthouse are for guest use, are completely private and separate to the main residence. There are no shared spaces with the exception of the undercover carport should you choose to use that. Other things to note Electric blankets are provided on the bed during winter. There is a quiet DC ceiling fan in the bedroom if needed during summer to supplement the air conditioner which is located in the lounge room.
