Sorry - no pets: Around the three-acre garden, there are a further 17 acres which are an active farm with cattle, horses and other animals. Therefore, the house is best suited to adults travelling without any dogs or other pets. Children – As Littlebourne is a heritage property featuring antiques and thoughtfully curated furnishings, we kindly request that only children aged 12 and above stay with us. This is a heritage building with antiques and shared entertainment spaces. Parties: Functions are limited to the number of guests staying at Littlebourne. Guests wishing to entertain larger parties are encouraged to do so at one of many lovely venues in Bathurst. Feel welcome to ask us for recommendations. Smoking: No smoking inside the buildings at any time to preserve the heritage fabric and ambiance, and the health and wellbeing of all guests and staff.
