Welcome to FALLS RIVER, Essex CT! The house is located in a well established, quiet & charming New England neighborhood on a scenic road, few min from Essex Village. This mid-century house offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1 outdoor shower, a movie room, meditation loft and an outdoor deck to enjoy the view and access of Mill Pond. The outdoor deck includes a dry bar with a grill. Nature and animal lovers will appreciate the views, birds symphony and the quick access to multiple nature trails. The space As of September 2025, the Property Calendar is Fully Booked * 2026 reservation * please contact us on airbnb platform if you are interested in reserving the house. If calendar is free for your dates, we will pencil you in and contact you in February when we officially open the calendar * * For long-term stays, housekeeping is mandatory every 12 days and will be included as an additional charge.* The house main level All 4 bedrooms are on the main floor. Primary King Suite: King bed, its own bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vessel vanities. With its private entrance and interior shutters . Ceiling fan, small TV and walk-in closet. Second Bedroom: 2 Twin XLs and a closet. Third Bedroom: King size bed and several windows to enjoy the view of the pond across the street. Large closet. Fourth Bedroom: Queen size bed and smaller closet. The laundry room is strategically located by the bedrooms. Second shared bathroom has a walk-in shower and one sink. Still on the main floor you will have access to the office, mudroom (back of the house) and foyer (front of the house). The Lowest Level: On the lower floor of the house you will have access to 2 attached rooms. One area for board-game nights and one for movie nights with 6 large recliner chairs (movie theater style) and large smart TV. The other rooms are locked and not accessible to guests. The Loft: Steep stairs, low ceiling Not recommended to children nor people with limited mobility. Meditation room. Can be hot in summer. Please always close the Velux (roof window) before exiting the meditation room. (button top of stairs) The garage is private and guests are not permitted inside. Parking big enough for 3 cars. No parking on the street please. Guest access You have access to the entire home except the garage et 2 locked rooms in lowest level. You can access the meditation room at your own risk. We do not recommend it to children or adults with limited mobility due to steep stairs and low ceilings. Across the street is a public park with water access and kayak launch. We now have 4 kayaks, oars and paddles available for you (Seasonal June to October) Other things to note Wood Fireplace, outdoor showers and kayaks are seasonal. The yard is NOT fenced There is a little water feature in ground by the deck, children and pets should always be under supervision.
