Large open living space allows guests to spread out and enjoy themselves. Games, puzzles, toys, and books are provided for all ages. Outdoor games, supplies for the fire pit, tennis rackets, and a pickleball set provided for the nearby park. One recliner has powered heat, massage, and lift. Two smart TVs allow you to sign into any of your streaming services. All mattresses are brand new, and beds include a variety of pillows to choose from for your comfort. Each bedroom has space for hanging clothes, and shelves and drawers for storage. Each of the queen bedrooms also has an alarm clock, lamps and USB ports. The blue queen bedroom includes a TV. In order to provide the best stay for all of my guests, keep costs down, and ensure a spotless space, guests will be able to choose which bedroom or bedrooms most meet their needs, while unused bedrooms will remain locked during the stay. Please reach out with any questions about this. Kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Fridge has a large Brita filtered water dispenser, and some ice is provided in the freezer. Seating for four at the bar, six at the table, and the table will expand if needed. Large desk with lamp, and an outlet just below the desk (usb and regular). There is an assortment of paintings, photographs, and other art all throughout the space! All art is for sale by local artists, and all proceeds will go to the artist. Large fully-fenced back yard with lots of seating, a fire pit, a playset for kids, and lots of room for dogs to run. Pets are welcome with an extra fee, but dogs *must* be kenneled inside when the owner is not at the house. **Pets are absolutely not allowed on any of the furniture at any time.** I provide two different sized kennels, a dog bed, waste bags, and two bowls for our furry friends! $60 fee per up to two-night stay. ***An additional $20 will be billed upon reservation PER extra pet AND/OR each two nights beyond the first. Some accommodations can be offered for guests with limited mobility. One recliner is a power lift chair. We have a steel ramp to allow for zero step entry to the house, sturdy suction cup grip bars for the shower, and a toilet safety rail. Please reach out if you'd like to have these available. Guest access You will have access to the entire place. No part of the listing is shared with the owner, or neighbors. It is an entirely private listing. However, please note that only the bedrooms required for your stay, according to the number of guests reported in your booking, will be available.
