Charming cape-style house ideally located near Ogunquit beaches, shops & restaurants. A large front porch is a great spot for morning coffee & evening conversations. We purchased the house in the fall of 2014 and have given it a lot of TLC to really highlight its natural charm. All of the beds, bedding and mattresses are new as of 2015. Every room has been updated- freshly painted and decorated. House has over-sized Washer/Dryer in the basement, the large kitchen is fully stocked from pans to plates. There is a large side yard with a gas grill. There is also a beach wagon with chairs and toys for you to use for the beach. The location is GREAT- close to everything you want to do in Ogunquit- no need to move the car! Eat at the Lobster Pound, walk to Footbridge beach or take the trolley to Perkin's Cove. It's all within steps of this home. The Ogunquit Trolley stops just up the street for easy access to the beaches or Perkin's Cove. Walk to town, the Beach or scenic Marginal Way in just a few short minutes if you prefer. Unless you plan to day trip to Wells or Kennebunkport or Kittery, you won't even need to move the car! We have space for 3 cars in the driveway or 2 large SUV/or trucks. Please note: We do not provide sheets, bath towels or beach towels because we cannot turn those over in time for weekly check ins. But there is a very affordable and convenient service Cottage Linens, that will drop off the linens of your choice and pick them up at weeks' end. Very easy. If you are local or driving you may bring your own sheets and towels if you prefer. Pillows and blankets are all provided. Soap, dishtowels and cleaning supplies are available in the house.
