Welcome to our large 340 m² family home, a comfortable and superbly equipped retreat nestled in the heart of a peaceful little village (just 15 minutes from all the shops). Designed for gatherings, the house opens widely onto a large sunny terrace and a private wooded park of 6000 m² (1.5 acres). Here, it's time to disconnect: you'll enjoy stunning panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, its pastures, and its woods on the horizon. The space The house is spacious, bright and perfectly arranged so that everyone can find their own space. Located on the edge of the village and with no neighbors directly opposite, the property guarantees you calm, complete privacy, and a healthy environment (no intensive farming nearby, so no agricultural treatments). THE PARK, JUST FOR YOU, FOR YOU Our park is a celebration of freedom and the great outdoors. A huge green space to lie down, dream, read, sunbathe, or play a spontaneous soccer game with the family. * Shade and coolness: Majestic trees for taking a nap to the murmur of leaves and the song of birds. * For children (and adults): A play structure with a swing. Our tip? Try the swing at night under a summer sky... a magical experience with your head in the stars! * Conviviality: A private pétanque court for your end-of-day tournaments. * Evenings by the fire: A large brazier to use without moderation. Wood can be found all over the grounds: ideal for roasting marshmallows, warming up, and watching the sparks rise into the night. Fancy a walk? The woods on the horizon are beckoning you. Cross the meadows, step over the stream, and you're there. There's no risk of getting lost: to the east, you'll reach the small road between Villotte and Belrain; to the west, you'll end up directly on the road to the house! For lovers of large forests, Saint-Mihiel is only 3 km away by car. You will quickly access the communal forest, adjoining the Forest of Hearts: a splendid massif of more than a thousand hectares under the foliage. Guest access Perfectly located at the intersection of the Bar-le-Duc/Saint-Mihiel and Commercy/Verdun routes, the commune of Villotte is the perfect base from which to explore these historic towns and immerse yourself in the heart of the great places of remembrance in the Meuse.
