The house is located in the green Oxylithos of Evia. It has a unique view, as the Aegean Sea stretches in front of you, until your eyes meet the endless blue of the sky & the sea. What makes it stand out from all the rest is the vastness of the view of the house, as well as the magical sunrise and sunset. What also makes it special is the absolute peace & quiet, listening to the sounds of the seagulls. Your stay in it guarantees you unforgettable moments! The space It has a 1-acre garden, which only you and your children can enjoy. It also has a barbecue area with all the comforts and a marble sink. Inside, the lower floor has a sunny living room with a great view, where 1 more person can sleep on a fold-out bed. In this case the cost is 10 euros extra per day. It has a new white bright kitchen, which also has a dishwasher. A bathroom and under the inner staircase there is a washing machine for many overnight stays. Upstairs it has 2 bedrooms with a unique view of the Aegean Sea. A bathroom and an amazing balcony, where while enjoying your coffee, you will have the feeling that you have the whole sea at your feet. It has 2 TVs, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and of course parking. Other things to note The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive. The vast, beautiful beach of Stomio is also a 5-minute drive away. Kato Kymi with its picturesque cafes, bars and traditional taverns for food, is 10 minutes away by car. The picturesque Ano Kymi with its endless view, with the traditional stone houses, is 20 minutes away by car.
