My farm is the only estate on the lake, which is perfect for swimming, fishing (with license), or barbecues. The cottage you rent is about 100 meters away from the lake's shore. You can easily reach the farm by car, about 25 minutes from Ludvika. What you'll find here: Swedish idyll, tranquility, animals, relaxation, pure nature. The space The "Jägerstuga" (Hunter's Lodge) is a wooden house in the typical Swedish style: red-painted wood. The Stuga has an outdoor toilet, of course you can also use the bathroom in the main building with shower and bathtub. The WiFi connection is a little bit depending on the weather (this i normal in this area). In the hunter's cottage you will find a small kitchen (2 plate stove), seating for quiet evenings and much coziness. On the ground floor there are is a "three-man-bed, at the top of the gallery (accessible via a ladder) two comfortable sleeping facilities. There is a grill to use and garden furniture. The standard is simple and very comfortable. You are welcome to use the sauna or the little barbeque-house. There is also a boat you can use. The little cabin got a new room with big windows, much light and a great view to the lake and the nature. Here you can enjoy cozy times - without moskitos. If you like it to have it cosy and warm, you are welcome to make up a wood-fire in the oven. Then you can sit in front of the big windows and give yourself the chance just to relax and enjoy the nature. Welcome to the hunters lodge 💕 Guest access You will have the cabin for you all alone.! It is located about 150m from the main house, in which I live, away. Opposite the Jägerstuga is a small house, which I also rent over AirBNB. Since all my guests are looking for relaxation and not for parties, you won't have to worry about your "neighbors". The large bathroom, washing machine and WIFI - which of course you may use - are in the main building. Anyone who wants to get some advice about the area is welcome to ask me! Other things to note Supermarkets, cinemas, shopping centers, bars are all in Ludvika, about 25 minutes drive from the farm. At best, you plan your errands a little in advance so that you don't have to drive to the city every day. If you like fishing, you can buy a fishing license for a small fee from "Sveaskog" and then go fishing in a lake of your choice. There are different categories of lakes, including those in which farmed fish are exposed. If you want to fish in one of these lakes, the fishing fee is slightly higher. For the Spannsjö (lake at the house) is the simple fishing fee. But don't worry: I'll help you with directions and translation.
