As the day winds down enjoy a barbecue dinner al fresco, fire up the grill and the fire pit. In the backyard, gather around in cozy Adirondack chairs or enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table on the back deck. The space is designed for connection and play—featuring a bocce ball court, horseshoe pits, and plenty of room for kids or pups to roam free in the fully fenced yard. Inside, our newly renovated farmhouse blends modern comfort with coastal charm. The chef’s kitchen is a dream for home cooks and bakers alike—complete with a KitchenAid stand mixer, blender, waffle maker, bread maker, Cuisinart food processor, and all the essential cookware and bakeware. From casual breakfasts to family feasts, we’ve thought of everything. Working remotely? You’ll have no trouble staying connected. Two of the bedrooms include a writing desk and chair, and the home has strong Starlink Wi-Fi throughout, perfect for Zoom calls or remote work. Other things to note 🐶 Dog-Friendly Stay We’re delighted to welcome up to two well-behaved dogs during your vacation! A dog fee of $125 per dog, per visit applies. Our spacious, fully fenced backyard provides a safe, open area for your pups to explore and play. Off of the side deck, there is a compact area to allow your dog to pee and poop making it easy for you to clean up. Plus, with two dog-friendly beaches just a short walk away, you and your four-legged companions can enjoy plenty of seaside adventures. For your convenience, we’ve thoughtfully provided dog essentials including bowls, beds, dog towels, waste bags, and an Arca Pet First Aid Kit. 🚫 Important Dog Stuff For the safety of all guests and pets, we require that your dogs are fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination must be submitted prior to arrival. In accordance with Sonoma County regulations, dogs can’t be left alone on the property and must be secured at all times. 🚫 Important Rules to Know Sonoma County has strict new regulations governing short-term rentals. The county prohibits and fines large gatherings so no parties or events. Outdoor amplified sound is also prohibited. Our neighbors value the serenity of this community and are quick to report any disturbances. We ask that you please respect the local rules so everyone can continue to enjoy this beautiful place. Absolutely no smoking is allowed anywhere on the property—inside or outside.
